Italian Boules and Focaccia

With my new Home Baking cookbook I have been inspired to bake. I thought I would start with a basic Italian bread that proofs for two days. It made four loaves. I chose to make 2 rosemary focaccia and two loaves. The flavor and texture were really nice. We snacked on it all weekend and I even brought some to a birthday party on Saturday. blog-feb-10008.jpg
