Thanksgiving menu

We are staying home for the holiday and have invited a few guests.  I have been looking forward to making some new dishes, as well as the traditional ones.  Here is what I have planned.

Appetizer:

Stuffed mushrooms

Brie en Croute

Herb marinated mushrooms

Homemade olives (cured last year)

Cheese/salami/cracker platter

Assorted wine/Beer/Prosecco cocktails/Hot spiced cider

Dinner:

Brined turkey atop vegetables and herbs

Chorizo cornbread stuffing

Artichoke Parmesan stuffing

Maple-glazed yams

Roasted garlic buttermilk mashed potatoes

Roasted brussel sprouts with bacon and onion

Soft herb rolls

Cranberry Meyer lemon relish

Dessert:

Pecan tart with chocolate drizzle

Tiramisu

Pumpkin cheesecake with gingersnap crust

Coffee
