Dr. Seuss holiday= green eggs and ham

Last week was Dr.Seuss’ birthday and our school celebrated by reading some of his books and my daughter’s class made green eggs and ham.  It was really interesting how the color of a food changes the perception.  Even though it smelled delicious, I wasn’t too excited to eat eggs in a lovely shade of green.  The kids felt the same way, but once they tried it, they liked it!  “Try them! Try them!  And you may.”
