OpenDaily Food Tip #3

Tip number three:
Add some culture to your diet.  No, not the kind you get at the museum, but the kind you find in the dairy aisle.  Nutritional research tells us that we all need more probiotics in our diet and that cultured foods promote intestinal health.  Try kimchi on your taco, chutney on your rice, kefir for breakfast, and more yogurt in your life.  Just make sure the yogurt label reads “contains active cultures” or else your culture has been killed in the cooking process.
