The school garden in spring

Our calendula is in full bloom.  Once they start to wilt, we will pick the leaves and dry them to make salve.  Calendula has skin healing properties and makes a wonderful hand moisturizer(salve).

In the foreground, at the right, is our apricot tree.  We planted this and the peach tree on the same day, but unfortunately, this one has not started to fruit.  At least it is still alive and starting to grow new leaves!
